How do I go about booking a session?
Simply let me know you would like to book a photo shoot session, what dates work best for you and what type of session you are looking for through my 'contact' tab or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. For wedding photography please send me your date, venue location and which wedding package best fits your needs and I will set up a time where we can meet and talk more about planning your day.
What should I/we wear?
The dreaded question; what to wear? This is an important consideration. First, you must stay true to who you are. Be comfortable. Then kick it up just a tiny notch! The days of matchy matchy are long gone. I encourage my clients to pick a color palette and then coordinate from there. Think textures, layers, and jewelry! Does the session retainer include any products?
The session retainer does not include any products. The session retainer covers Brooke's time and talent, post-processing, delivery of a gallery of minimum 40 images, and travel time.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! I am a mother of 2 kids myself. I know that life can get crazy and that sickness might creep up on you. Please try to contact me at least 24 hours in advance in the event that you need to reschedule. We will find a time for you!
Do you offer any discounts? Payment plans?
Active duty and first responder families can receive 15% off on all family sessions. I also do offer payment plans. I understand that photography is an investment, and I want to make sure that I can cater photography needs easily.
When will I receive my images?
Approximately 21 business days after your session (weddings usually 8-12 weeks depending on the time of year). Images will be professionally hand edited in both color and black and white. I will usually post a sneak peek photo of the session on my blog and/or Facebook page within a few days of your session. You will receive a signed release for all of the images in your gallery. This allows you the freedom to make prints from anywhere.
You took so many pictures! Do I get them all?
You will hear my camera clicking a lot! I take a lot of images in order to capture that perfect moment. No, you won't get every image that I take. I will choose the best of the best and those images will be edited and delivered to you.
Do you only offer the images on USB or do you offer prints?
Yes and YES! All images will be uploaded to a private gallery for proofing and downloading... BUT if you would rather have your images placed on a custom USB it would be an additional fee of $75+tax and it would be due before I place the order for the USB. If you would like to order prints please let me know and I will send you my price list!
Where are you based?
I am based in Dallas, TX. If you are not near Dallas, please read the next question.
Do you travel?
I love to travel and will generally arrive at least the day before the event to help ensure that unexpected travel delays do not make me late or miss your session or wedding date. Let me know where you are and we'll figure out the best way to get me out to you.
